 the yellow cells show that human error is an unlikely cause for these errors, the

 two wards that cover one estate show significant Similarities’, enough to suggest

 error numbers were specifically placed. In year 1958 one ward covering half of

the estate places number 3355 in between numbers 5354 and 5356 and in the other

 half of the estate (covered by southwick ward) a wrong number is also placed in

 between 5354 and 5356.Also in year 1958 one ward has number 5878 above a

wrong number whilst in the other half of the estate 5878 is the wrong number.
